Claire Capeci ’85
Claire Capeci serves as president of Arnold, a consumer creative agency known for its work across all brand categories, particularly in health and wellness. Arnold NY manages clients whose brands are breaking ground in beauty and body augmentation; mental wellness; ocular, respiratory, and skin conditions; depression; infant health; and more. Prior to Arnold, Capeci spent 12 years at J. Walter Thompson (part of WPP), where she was global president of retail and co-president of JWT New York. Her personal experience spans automotive, QSR, finance, health, and mass merchandise. For nearly a decade, she managed Macy’s, where her work led to industry recognition, and Energizer Personal Care (now Edgewell), where she globally managed brands across grooming, feminine care, and baby categories. Prior to JWT, Capeci was EVP managing director at Lowe Worldwide (now MullenLowe). She started her career in media.
Capeci has been named a Media All-Star by Mediaweek and one of the “30 Most Powerful Women in Advertising” by Business Insider. She serves on the advisory boards of AIM for Melanoma and the Coalition for Healthcare Communications and as an investor/adviser of DeckFusion, an AI-based start-up. She also has been a nonexecutive board director of The Quarto Group. Capeci graduated from Trinity with a B.A. in economics. She previously served on Trinity’s Board of Fellows.
