Professor seeks students to work on updating websites and archiving a community organization’s collection of materials (including oral interviews) for Internship or Research Assistant credit (Fall/Spring 2025-26). Learn more about collection care and creating legible, public-facing, research-based platforms (topics—Islam/Caribbean, Global Migration/Refugees, Gender Studies, and Hartford-Ocotal Sister Cities).

Seeking Students for HRST/INTS Internship or Research Assistant (credit-bearing) positions, Fall/Spring 2025-26.  Research assistants or interns needed to work with professor on updating websites and archiving a community organization’s collection of materials (including oral interviews). Learn more about collection care and creating legible, public-facing, research-based platforms (topics—Islam/Caribbean, Global Migration/Refugees, Gender Studies, and Hartford-Ocotal Sister Cities). Highly Desirable:  Experience conducting oral histories and using Word Press and audio editing apps like Audacity.  Essential: Curiosity and taking initiative to learn and grow projects.
