Parking on Vernon Street: May 11–15

Beginning on Monday, May 11, through Friday, May 15, Eversource will be on Vernon Street digging test pits for upcoming work related to Eversource’s Hartford Underground Cable Modernization Program (UCMP) projects. Please note that no-parking notices have been posted on Vernon Street, beginning with the east side of the street. As the work progresses during the week, the notices will shift to the west side of the street. Parking will be available on weekends.

Beginning on Monday, May 18, through August 15, there will be no on-street parking on Vernon Street as UCMP project work on Vernon Street gets underway. Access to Vernon Street will be maintained throughout the project. A separate communication about the project and its impacts will be shared next week.
