On Friday, February 20th, from 10:00am-10:30am, the Emergency Management Team (EMT) will be performing a campus-wide testing of the building Emergency Notifications Systems.
The notification systems will ensure all are receiving notifications of an emergency event via cell phone and/or email. If you have not registered your phone, it is critical for you to do so immediately with TrinALERT in case of emergency needs.
EMT also plans to test the Alertus Beacon, which sounds, flashes, and displays emergency notifications. If you hear an emergency notification during this time, it is a drill conducted by EMT unless otherwise notified.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we are testing these important emergency procedures.
