Disruption to Water Service in LITS and Austin Arts Center

There is currently no water service in the Raether Library and Information Technology Center or the Austin Arts Center due to an increase in water temperature related to an underground steam pipe leak. This outage affects all restrooms, sinks, and water fountains in these buildings. Read on for details.

Facilities Services is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Updates will be shared as soon as more information becomes available.

In the meantime, both buildings remain open, and classes, events, and activities are proceeding as scheduled unless changed by the organizer. Please use restrooms located in other campus buildings until further notice. Supplemental restroom facilities will be brought in and located near the Long Walk entrance to the building and the Assaiante Tennis Center entrance.
