Administration & Operations
 Kristen Eshleman, Vice President for Library and Information Technology Services[email protected] 860-297-2525 RLITC 256 Kristen is a key member of the College’s senior administration, providing leadership of the merged LITS organization. She collaborates with fellow Executive Leadership Team members, as well as with faculty, staff, and students, to advance the strategic goals of the College. |
OperationsProvides the planning, coordination, and administrative support that keeps TDI running efficiently. The team oversees budgeting, purchasing, project coordination, vendor relationships, and operational processes that support the division’s work. |

 Courtney Hebert, Procurement & Operations Specialist[email protected] 860-297-2255 RLITC A20 Courtney joined the LITS division in 2023 and is responsible for the daily oversight and management of the RLITC facility, as well as office support for the Library and Information Technology Services. Prior to Trinity, she worked in the museum field at both the Wadsworth Atheneum and the Connecticut Science Center. |
Data & Analytics
Provides data, reporting, and analytics that support informed decision-making across the College. The team develops dashboards, reports, and data solutions that help departments understand trends, measure outcomes, and plan for the future.
 David Andres ’04, Assistant Vice President, and Chief Data & Analytics Officer[email protected] 860-297-2306 Admissions & Career Services Center 205C David leads the Analytics and Strategic Initiatives Center (ASIC), which provides analysis, research, and curated data to support a strengthened culture of planning and evaluation across the College. |
 Paige Kinney, Senior Data Analyst[email protected] 860-297-2587 Paige joined the ASIC team in October of 2024, to support strategic efforts to synthesize data across Trinity’s systems. She is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large amounts of data to provide in-depth evaluations for campus partners in support of data-informed decision-making. |
Data SolutionsDesigns and manages systems that collect, integrate, and organize institutional data. This team helps ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and available to support reporting, business processes, and decision-making. |
 Brian Flynn, Senior Data Solutions Engineer[email protected] Admissions & Career Services Center 205C Brian is an innovative data professional passionate about higher education, focused on advancing the College’s analytical, assessment, and planning capabilities. He plays a key role in developing and improving the tools, data sets, and analyses used to support decision-making by College leadership. |
Institutional ResearchCollects, analyzes, and reports institutional data to support strategic planning, accreditation, assessment, and compliance. The office provides accurate, timely information that helps the College evaluate its effectiveness and make evidence-based decisions. |
 Lester Ko, Director, Institutional Research[email protected] Admissions & Career Services Center 205D Lester Ko is a data professional dedicated to enhancing Institutional Research at Trinity College. Passionate about leveraging data for informed decision-making, he develops predictive analytical tools, supports assessment efforts, and cultivates data streams for Trinity’s strategic initiatives and long-term planning. |
Enterprise Applications & IntegrationsSupports the College’s core business applications and the connections between them. The team manages enterprise systems, develops integrations, and works to ensure information flows securely and efficiently across campus technologies. |

 Patrick Kennedy, Associate Director, Enterprise Applications & Integrations[email protected] 860-297-4139 RLITC B23 Patrick is a Systems Manager for the Enterprise Applications Group, providing in-depth functional analysis and support for PeopleSoft systems and related applications. Patrick also leads special projects, including technology upgrades, and consulting with users, implementations of new systems capabilities to enhance productivity and efficiency. Patrick joined Information Technology Services in 1999. |

 Peter Delaney, Technical Support Specialist[email protected] 860-297-4121 RLITC B20 Pete joined Information Technology Services in November 2006. His responsibilities include technical support for Trinity’s PeopleSoft systems. His prior position was at the Hartford Insurance Company where he was a PeopleSoft Developer on their Financials system. He has been in the IT field since 1983 working in various industries such as banking, retail, and insurance. |
 Tony O’Rourke, Senior Software Applications Developer[email protected] 860-297-2135 RLITC B21 Tony is a full stack developer versed in a wide range of technologies. |
 Latha Ragunathan, Senior Programmer Analyst[email protected] 860-297-5165 RLITC B30 Latha is a member of the Enterprise Applications Group supporting PeopleSoft applications. She has been in the information technology field since 1989 and has been working with PeopleSoft for the last 14 years. Before joining Trinity, Latha worked at Travelers Insurance as an Information Engineer supporting PeopleSoft Financials. |
Digital Campus
Partners with faculty, students, and staff to advance teaching, learning, research, creativity, and innovation through technology. The team provides instructional technology support, digital scholarship expertise, makerspace resources, AI initiatives, and opportunities to explore emerging technologies.
 David Tatem, Senior Director, Digital Campus[email protected] 860-297-2124 RLITC 110 Dave has been at Trinity since 1999 and is currently the Head of Digital Campus. He teaches courses on drone technology and enjoys exploring ways to integrate emerging technologies such as virtual/augmented reality, 3d modeling and making into the Liberal Arts curriculum. |

 Sheila Reagan, Director of Academic Technology[email protected] 860-297-5244 RLITC B21 Sheila is an academic technologist joining Trinity in 2024 as the liaison for Math and Natural Sciences. She is passionate about life-long learning, making, and creating engaging learning experiences. She spends a lot of time working on fun projects in and around her office and, much like Waldo, would love it if you came and found her to say hello or ask any questions you might have. |
 Loren Milledge, Academic Technologist[email protected] 860-297-2298 RLITC B20 As the Arts & Humanities liaison, Loren brings with her a strong passion for the arts and community building. She is interested in using digital technology to amplify the voices of historically marginalized communities and to create educational opportunities for all learners. |
 Matt Ouimette, Academic Technologist[email protected] 860-297-4186 RLITC B19 Matt joined the Academic Technology team in July 2024 and is the primary contact for faculty members in the Social Sciences. Prior to starting at Trinity, Matt worked in EdTech and higher education for 10 years in roles related to new software implementation and training. Matt is enthusiastic about the intersection of education and emerging technologies. |
Client ExperienceServes as the primary point of contact for technology support at Trinity. The LIT Desk assists faculty, staff, and students with technology questions, troubleshooting, account access, and connecting users with the right resources. |
 Ann Marie Krupski ’93, Director, Client Experience[email protected] 860-297-2181 RLITC A26 Ann Marie strives to improve the quality of Library & Information Technology Services to all college constituencies, focusing on library circulation and access services, ID Card office, and IT Help Desk support. She has been a member of Library and Information Technology Services since 1995. |

 Lurdes Fernandes, Access Control and Card Services Database Administrator[email protected] 860-297-4115 RLITC A29 Lurdes assists faculty, staff, and students with their ID Cards, Personal Access Code (PAC) credentials, TEK, and mechanical keys. She also assists in the access programming of college buildings. |

 David Vazquez, Client Experience and Endpoint Solutions Specialist[email protected] RLITC Library & IT Desk David is the Client Experience and Endpoint Solutions Specialist dedicated to creating a seamless and secure technology experience for the Trinity community. Combines strong troubleshooting skills with a user-first approach to support, maintain, and optimize endpoint systems. Also likes Rubik’s cubes. |
Media Technology ServicesSupports classrooms, events, and campus spaces with audio-visual technology, multimedia production, and technology-enhanced learning environments. The team helps ensure that technology works seamlessly for teaching, presentations, and special events. |
 John J. Dlugosz, Director of Media Technology Services[email protected] 860-297-4182 RLITC 131 Supporting educational technology at Trinity since 1998, John is responsible for the design, installation, and support of instructional technology solutions in classrooms, learning spaces, and public spaces across Trinity’s campuses. He coordinates training and support for classroom technology use across the Trinity community and works with facilities and other campus managers on learning space maintenance and development. |
 Sean Donnelly, Media Technology Specialist[email protected] 860-297-2308 RLITC C13 Sean shares his time between Media Technology where he does classroom and event support and Distributed Computing where he assists the technicians with printing and computer-related issues. |
 Philip Duffy ’84, Senior Media Technology Specialist[email protected] 860-297-2423 RLITC C7 Phil is responsible for coordinating special event servicing and is involved with the College’s on campus video production. He has been a member of the staff since 1985. |
 Ronald Perkins, Media Technology Specialist[email protected] 860-297-2421 RLITC C13 Ron assists with the service and installation of classroom technology, and special event servicing. He helps maintain the department’s inventory and manages much of the department’s administrative functions. Ron came to Trinity after spending time at an A-V rental house and has been at Trinity since 2003. |
Infrastructure
Maintains the technology infrastructure that keeps the College running. This includes servers, storage, networking, cloud services, and the systems that provide reliable, secure, and high-performing technology across campus.

 David Chappell, Senior Programmer, Infrastructure[email protected] 860-297-2114 RLITC B29 David plays a primary role in providing network infrastructure services such as name service, web caching, printing, file serving, and telephony. His areas of expertise are network protocols, Unix and Linux, interoperation with MS-Windows, and cross-platform printing with PostScript. |

 Ralford McLean, Systems Manager[email protected] 860-297-4149 RLITC B22 Ralford is responsible for maintaining many of the college’s application servers, including those used for e-mail and file sharing. He ensures interoperability between the servers and the applications housed on them. |
Distributed ComputingProvides technology support directly to academic and administrative departments across campus. The team assists with computers, software, devices, and local technology needs while serving as a trusted partner within their assigned areas. |
 Jason Luis ’00, Associate Director, Distributed Computing[email protected] 860-297-4265 RLITC C8 Jason’s main responsibility is to supervise 2nd-level Help Desk support for faculty and staff on and off campus. He also helps troubleshoot and repair software-related issues for clients’ desktop computers. Jason has worked for Information Technology Services since he began as an undergraduate in 1996. |
 Kara Giarratana, Distributed Computing Specialist[email protected] 860-297-5255 RLITC C09 Kara joined Trinity in May of 2019 as a Distributed Computing Specialist. Kara is responsible for device deployment, troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as supporting end users. Prior to Trinity, Kara worked at Apple Inc. and is an Apple-certified technician. |
 Erik Rinaldi, Distributed Computing Specialist[email protected] 860-297-5277 RLITC C8 Erik has been working in Distributed Computing at Trinity since 2001. He is responsible for supporting the computing needs of faculty and staff as well as the telecommunication systems at Trinity. |
 Kyle Van Brocklin, Distributed Computing Specialist[email protected] 860-297-2234 RLITC C09 Kyle is responsible for helping faculty and staff members resolve any hardware and software issues that they have with their computers. Kyle first worked in Information Technology Services at St. Lawrence University as a student and professionally for 6 more years. |
Information Security
Protects the College’s digital environment by safeguarding systems, data, and user accounts. The team promotes cybersecurity awareness, manages security risks, and helps ensure compliance with industry best practices.
John Inghilterra, Chief Information Security Officer John provides strategic vision and leadership to effectively manage the organization’s information security risk. He ensures alignment with business objectives, robust governance practices, and the protection of system and product availability, integrity, and confidentiality. |
