Harriet Beecher Stowe Symposium at Trinity Showcases Student Research
Trinity students presented their original research as part of a daylong symposium hosted on campus by the Hartford-based Stowe Center for Literary Activism.
Trinity Faculty Members Granted Tenure, Promotions, and Emeriti Status
The Trinity College Board of Trustees voted recently to award tenure to seven members of the faculty—six of whom also were promoted to associate professor. Additionally, six retiring faculty members were awarded emeriti status.
In his letter to the Trinity community following the Board’s April 2026 meeting, Trinity College President Daniel G. Lugo said, “These professors are esteemed scholars in their field and are making a difference in the lives of the students they teach and mentor.”
