Two research symposia poster sessions are held each year at Trinity.  In the third week of September, all students who did summer research are required to present their work.  At the end of the spring semester of each year, a College-wide Research Symposium includes work by individual research students across all disciplines.

ABSTRACT FORMAT:
  • All abstracts must be in Microsoft Word.

  • Do not use lines, boxes, or borders.

  • You must have a title, presenter name(s), class year(s), and faculty sponsor(s) info.

  • Abstract should briefly summarize (up to 300 words) the introduction, methods, results and conclusions of your research. Abstracts longer than 300 words will be truncated.

  • Be sure to spell check and proofread your document.

  • Have your faculty sponsor check your abstract before you submit it.

  • Please note that the area available for hanging posters is 4′ by 4′
