During our Bicentennial year, our community is reflecting on what we value and the impact of our actions. The Bicentennial theme, “Committed to the Future since 1823,” is both reflective of the College’s mission of educating bold, independent thinkers who lead transformative lives and also a call for your response.

A commitment requires both the belief in an ideal or principle and actions to move us closer to realizing a vision. This year,  we invite members to reflect on what commitments they are willing to make, what actions they will take to ensure progress, and how they will hold themselves accountable. We invite groups and individuals to download our card and submit commitments to be included in the Bicentennial. Commitments should be:

  • Aspirational and timeless
  • Sustainable for future generations to continue and to uphold
  • In alignment with Trinity’s community values
  • True to who you are

What will your commitment to the future of Trinity College be? Cards will be available at Bicentennial events for the rest of the year. Download a Commitment Card and email it back to us. All submissions are subject to editorial review. Let us know if you have any questions by emailing us at [email protected].
