A complementary <em>Trinity Today<\/em> email is delivered daily to faculty, staff, and students, which contains announcements, the events for that day, and a small selection of upcoming events. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/trinitytoday\/posting-announcements\/\">Click here<\/a> for information on publishing announcements.<\/p>\n<h3>Publicizing events<\/h3>\n<p>Campus events are publicized using the College\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/events.trincoll.edu\/campus\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">online events calendar<\/a>, and they are distributed daily to the campus via the <em>Trinity Today<\/em> email.\u00a0 In order for an event to be added to the calendar and included in the <em>Trinity Today<\/em> email, it must be booked in EMS through the <a href=\"https:\/\/reservations.trincoll.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">College\u2019s reservation system<\/a>. Any member of the faculty or staff who is a trained in LiveWhale\u2014the system that powers the events calendar\u2014is able to log into the calendar and publish their events. If you&#8217;d like to receive training, contact the <a href=\"mailto:communications-office@trincoll.edu\">Office of Communications and Marketing<\/a>, and we\u2019ll get you started. Students wishing to publish their events can contact the <a href=\"mailto:communications-office@trincoll.edu\">Office of Communications for assistance<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Office of Communications and Marketing also offers design consultation and services to academic departments and administrative offices throughout the College. If you\u2019d like guidance or assistance with developing printed or digital materials to promote your event, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/office-of-communications\/marketing-and-creative-services\/\">we can help<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><em>Trinity Campus Weekly<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>This weekly e-newsletter is delivered to faculty, staff, and students on Friday mornings. It contains news about the life of the College and the accomplishments of our campus community. Content does not include promotional material (upcoming events, activities, or deadlines).
