Spring Semester Virtual Event and Program Reservation Requests:
The Events and Communications teams are ready to assist in advertising department/group virtual events and programs through Trinity Today, the campus calendar, and social media channels. Please email your division/department event liaison listed below with the sponsoring group/department, contact name and email, date, time, event title, description, and conferencing information (e.g Zoom). Information Services is also ready to assist with conferencing options.
Please note: as of March 23rd, we are not taking any new spring semester on-campus reservation requests until further notice.

2020-2021 Academic Year Requests:
The Events team has begun to build the scheduling calendar for 2020-2021 (e.g. New Student Orientation, Family Weekend, Homecoming Weekend, college leader meetings, annual academic events and programs, and major student events). Keep in mind that this is a time intensive process. Given that the office, like all offices on campus, is dealing with the present impact of COVID-19, this scheduling may take more time than anticipated. We will soon reach out to divisions/departments to review reservation requests soon.
