Along with contactless pick up for books in the Trinity collection, the Library has restarted its interlibrary loan service, which lets you borrow books from around the country.

If we don’t have a book you need, you may be able to find it by searching libraries in Worldcat.  When you locate the item, just click on it, and request via ILL (Interlibrary Loan).

Once you click Request ILL you will log into your ILL account using your Trinity username (do not add and password.

Not all other libraries are up and running with their interlibrary loan operations, so there are some limitations and delays. This includes Connecticut College and Wesleyan University, so we cannot offer CTW borrowing yet. That service should start again after September 7.  If we cannot locate a copy at a library willing to loan the book, we sometimes can purchase it for you, so it is always worthwhile to submit a request.
