Browse the sections below to find help with devices, software, accounts, security, and more!<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/tdi\/technology\/tech-support\/\">Tech Support<\/a><\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"auto\">Our Tech Support team helps with the day-to-day technology needs of campus life. We assist with network connectivity, account issues, ID cards, and door access. <strong>To get help,<\/strong> submit a request through Halo or call the IT desk. You can <strong>also<\/strong> stop by Level A of the Raether Library during scheduled hours.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/tdi\/technology\/software\/\">Software Setup &amp; Tutorials<\/a><\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"auto\">Trinity College provides access to a wide range of software and digital tools. These tools support coursework, research, and everyday work on campus. <strong>In particular,<\/strong> this section includes setup guides, tutorials, and documentation for applications like Microsoft Office 365 and Zoom. You will <strong>also<\/strong> find step-by-step instructions for specific features and common tasks.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/tdi\/technology\/security\/\">Information Security<\/a><\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"auto\">The Information Security Team (IST) is dedicated to maintaining a safe and trusted digital environment for the entire Trinity College community. This section covers our security policies, guidance for protecting your accounts and data, tools like multi-factor authentication (MFA,) and how to report a security incident. Security is a shared responsibility\u2014find the resources you need to stay protected.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/tdi\/technology\/phones-tv\/\">Phones<\/a><\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"auto\">TDI manages the College&#8217;s phone systems, including office phones and Microsoft Teams calling for faculty and staff. This section provides guidance on setting up voicemail, configuring call forwarding, and using Microsoft Teams as your primary phone. If you have a campus extension or need help managing your phone settings, you&#8217;ll find instructions and support here.<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/tdi\/technology\/remote-access\/\">Remote Access<\/a><\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"auto\">Need to access campus resources, specialized software, or your office computer from off campus? TDI provides several options for connecting to Trinity&#8217;s systems and applications securely from wherever you are. This section covers Microsoft Remote Desktop for Windows and Mac users, as well as Apple Remote Access, with step-by-step instructions to get you connected.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"auto\">Need Help?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\" dir=\"auto\">Not sure where to start?
