STUDENT RESIDENCE ROOMS<\/u><\/strong><\/h4>\n

The Casa Publicii “the Convent” residency is located on the Aventine Hill in the center of Rome. It is a short walk from the program offices and our library and are nearby vibrant neighborhoods like Trastevere, Testaccio and the historical center of the city. It represents a great way to have a culturally immersive living experience in a major urban center while having the comfort of a campus-style living arrangement in a culturally rich yet peaceful neighborhood. The Aventine is one of the oldest residential neighborhoods is Rome, but is also home to important global centers like the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations which is just down the hill from campus.<\/p>\n

Depending on the size of the semester we may also utilize other housing locations in Rome.<\/p>\n

Rooms consist of:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Single or double bedrooms<\/li>\n
  • In-suite bathroom<\/li>\n
  • Closet<\/li>\n
  • Desk<\/li>\n
  • Access to coin operated washers and dryers<\/li>\n
  • Bed linens, blankets, pillowcases and towels<\/li>\n
  • Cleaning service<\/li>\n
  • Wi-Fi internet connectivity<\/li>\n
  • Courtyard garden common area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Meals<\/h3>\n
    All students receive 11 meals per week. This includes breakfast every day and lunch Monday through Thursday served \u201cfamily style\u201d in the dining hall at the Rome Campus.
