Trinity College offers two meal plan options. Details can be found at\u00a0 https:\/\/dineoncampus.com\/trinity\/dining-meal-plan–faqs<\/a>. Participation in the meal plan is MANDATORY for ALL residential students.\u00a0\u00a0The only allowable exceptions are for students who are living off campus or members of Trinity’s authorized eating clubs (St Anthony’s Hall, Alpha Delta Phi and PSI Upsilon).<\/p>\n

Students can make meal plan adjustments by sending an email to Chartwells Dining Services Office at meal.plans@trincoll.edu<\/a> or calling the Chartwells Dining Services office at 860-297-2318.\u00a0 In order to correctly and efficiently process your request, please be sure to provide your full name, student ID#, class year, the meal plan you are currently on, and the meal plan you would like to change to.\u00a0 Your meal plan change will not be official until you\u00a0\u00a0receive a confirmation email from Chartwells.\u00a0 Please include the\u00a0Student Accounts Office at student-accounts@trincoll.edu<\/a> in all correspondence to ensure proper updates to the student’s account.<\/p>\n

If a student makes an adjustment to his or her meal plan and is due a refund, the refund will be processed after the term Add\/Drop period expires. The refund will be issued directly to the student only with the written authorization of the person responsible for paying the bill.\u00a0 Please refer to the refund policy.\u00a0 In order for a refund check to be processed, the student must send an email to the Student Accounts Office at student-accounts@trincoll.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

All meal plan adjustments must be completed by the end of the Add\/Drop period at the beginning of each semester. Also, adjustments will not be considered final until reviewed and approved by the Director of Student Accounts and Loans.<\/p>\n
