Dear Graduate Students,<\/p>\n

In order to welcome you back to campus safely, Trinity College has implemented a COVID-19 testing protocol for everyone working and living on campus for Fall 2020.<\/p>\n

If you are taking an in-person course <\/strong>this Fall semester, you will be required to take a COVID-19 test once a week. Even if you are enrolled in remote courses only, if you plan on working on campus in any capacity (research at the library, for example), you will be required to participate in the testing protocol.\u00a0 To participate in the testing, you must submit the SARS-CoV-2 Consent form.\u00a0 Please follow this link to sign it electronically:\u00a0 Submit the SARS-CoV-2 Consent Form for on-campus testing that will occur throughout the year<\/a>.<\/p>\n

If you are an employee of Trinity College or you are living on campus, your testing falls under the general testing policy, and you will not require any additional testing.<\/p>\n

If you are NOT an employee of Trinity College, you will need to be tested once a week. Testing will need to be performed before the first week of classes (Sept 7). Trinity is finalizing the testing protocol this week, and specific testing information, including the start date for testing, how to make an appointment, and how to obtain results, will be available soon.<\/p>\n

Additionally, anyone who will be coming to campus during the 2020-2021 school year will need to sign and submit the COVID-19 Trinity Community Contract.\u00a0 If you will be on campus for either classes or research, please follow this link to sign it electronically:\u00a0 Submit the COVID-19 Trinity College Community Contract<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Please note:\u00a0 the links to the above forms will take you to Moodle.\u00a0 Instructions for accessing Moodle can be found here:\u00a0 Moodle Resource Center<\/a>.\u00a0 \u00a0Some students may not yet have access to Moodle.\u00a0 If you attempt to login and find that you do not have access, please contact gradstudy@trincoll.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In short<\/strong>: all graduate students enrolled in an in-person course or who plan on working on campus in any capacity will be required to participate in a once-a-week testing protocol. Specific testing information will be soon forthcoming.<\/p>\n
