We wanted to provide an update on check-in &amp; move-in scheduled for Saturday, January 29<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_MsoNormal\"><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\">Due to the impending snowstorm expected on Saturday, January 29<sup>th<\/sup>,<\/span><span class=\"x_x_x_xapple-converted-space\">\u00a0the<\/span><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\"><b>\u00a0check-in and move-in process will not be happening on Saturday, January 29<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/b><\/span><span class=\"x_x_x_xapple-converted-space\">\u00a0We are making this change out of an abundance of caution for your safety, as the storm will make for difficult travel conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_xparagraph\"><span class=\"x_x_x_xapple-converted-space\">We\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\">strongly encourage<\/span><span class=\"x_x_x_xapple-converted-space\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\">you to adjust your travel plans.<\/span><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_MsoNormal\"><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\"><b>We understand that there may be some students who will not be able to change their plans, and if<\/b><\/span><span class=\"x_x_x_xapple-converted-space\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\"><b>so, please email\u00a0<\/b><\/span><b><a href=\"mailto:housing@trincoll.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"0\">housing@trincoll.edu<\/a><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\">\u00a0as soon as possible to be provided further instruction.<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_MsoNormal\"><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\">Students who want to change their move-in date to either Friday, January 28<sup>th<\/sup> or Sunday, January 30<sup>th<\/sup>:<\/span><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_x_x_xparagraph\"><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\">Please email <a href=\"mailto:housing@trincoll.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"1\">housing@trincoll.edu<\/a>, so that we can note the change in your move-in\/check-in date.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_xparagraph\"><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\"><b>Please Note: \u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"x_x_x_xparagraph\"><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\"><b>The Memorial Field House will not be open for PCR testing on Saturday, January 29<sup>th<\/sup>. \u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"x_x_x_xparagraph\"><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\"><b>Students arriving on Sunday, January 30<sup>th<\/sup> can check-in and get a PCR test at the Memorial Field House between 11:00am \u2013 4:00pm.<br \/>\n<\/b><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_xparagraph\"><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\"><b><i>Also, please be sure to review the updated Community Contract prior to your arrival or if you have already arrived on-campus. \u00a0<\/i><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_xparagraph\"><span class=\"x_x_x_xnormaltextrun\">If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office at<\/span><span class=\"x_x_x_xapple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"mailto:housing@trincoll.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"2\">housing@trincoll.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_x_x_xparagraph\">\nSincerely,<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:housing@trincoll.edu\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"3\">housing@trincoll.edu<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>January 26, 2022 Dear Students, We hope this email finds you well.
