{"id":1334,"date":"2021-10-06T20:18:13","date_gmt":"2021-10-06T20:18:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/reopening\/?page_id=1334"},"modified":"2021-10-06T20:19:10","modified_gmt":"2021-10-06T20:19:10","slug":"additional-employee-information","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/reopening\/additional-employee-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Additional COVID19 Information for Employees"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>October 6, 2021<\/p>\n<p>Dear Colleagues,<\/p>\n<p>Below are reminders of COVID19 protocols for our community, as well as the process that Trinity will follow when an employee tests positive for COVID19.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All members of the Trinity community must wear a mask in all indoor areas, except when alone in a <strong>closed<\/strong> office.\u00a0 For additional questions about masks, please see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/reopening\/Fall-2020-Reopening-FAQ\/\">Trinity\u2019s COVID guidelines<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Please self-monitor for COVID-19 symptoms. If an employee experiences any symptoms, they may not come to campus and must notify their supervisor as they would for other sick time. Employees should contact their health care provider for testing and next steps. A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/reopening\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/111\/2021\/10\/Testing-Information-for-Employees-Fall-2021.docx\">list of testing sites<\/a> is attached for your reference.<\/li>\n<li>An employee who tests positive must notify HR at 860-297-2274 and isolate at home until cleared by your health care provider.<\/li>\n<li>HR will inform the employee\u2019s manager and Division Leader.<\/li>\n<li>The Division Leader will inform appropriate staff in the building that there has been a positive COVID test result from someone in that building.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No names or further identifying information will be given<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Contract tracing will be conducted by the Department of Public Health, and any employee or student considered a close contact will be contacted by the DPH and advised on next steps.
