Transcripts<\/h2>\n

Students and alumni may request transcripts for prospective employers, graduate school applications, or for other uses.
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Official Transcripts<\/h3>\n

Trinity College offers electronic transcript processing through Parchment, Inc. Their site will guide you through the ordering process step-by-step. You can choose to have your transcript issued as an official eTranscript or a paper copy.\u00a0 You may order multiple transcripts in a single session by adding them to the cart. For current students and alumni, there is a $3.00 processing fee per transcript payable by credit card. Your card will only be charged once the order is complete. The processing fee for third party\/vendors is $10.00 per transcript. Starting January 6th, 2025, sales tax will be collected on certain document requests, including transcripts and diplomas, in compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws. Before completing your order, you will see a breakdown of all charges, including any applicable taxes, to ensure total transparency.<\/p>\n

Order updates will be emailed and your order status or history is available online through the Parchment website (Due to a system upgrade, orders entered prior to 9\/22\/21, while completed, are not available when viewing order status or history).<\/p>\n

Please Note<\/strong>: Transcripts will not be processed if you have any outstanding financial obligations to Trinity College. If you need a transcript reflecting your final grades or to include your degree on the transcript, please wait until after the semester has ended to place your order as requests are processed on the day they are ordered.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Current students may view unofficial transcripts through their TC Online account by going to Main Menu>Self Service>Academic Records>View Unofficial Transcript.<\/p>\n

Translation<\/h3>\n

For degrees conferred beginning in May 2024, an English translation of the Latin diploma is available here: Trinity College Diploma Translation – 2024 and later<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For degrees conferred in December 2023 or earlier, the English translation can be found here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Order a Replacement Diploma<\/h3>\n

To order a replacement diploma, please send an email to registrar.office@trincoll.edu<\/a> with the following information:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Verification of the name you would like on your diploma;<\/li>\n
  2. The address to which you would like the diploma shipped;<\/li>\n
  3. A payment of $50.00 by check or by wire for shipping to the US, Mexico, or Canada. A payment of $70.00 is required for any other country. Please include your payment method in your email.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If paying by check, the check should be made out to the Trustees of Trinity College. If you mail the check, please include a letter with the diploma name and mailing address where it will be shipped, and send it to:<\/p>\n
