The policy is attached for your review and information.<\/p>\n<p>Our employee ombud is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bentley.edu\/offices\/ombuds-office\">Eliane Markoff<\/a>. Eliane brings a dynamic blend of business, academic, and mediation experience to this role. She spent more than twenty years working for a Fortune 500 high-technology company, managing workforces across the United States and Europe, and gaining deep experience in organizational dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>Eliane currently serves as Ombud at Bentley University and will be available to employees at Trinity on a part-time remote basis. In-person consultation can be conducted on a case-by-case basis.\u00a0 Eliane an MBA from Boston College and a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is fluent in French and Arabic.<\/p>\n<p>You may contact the Ombudspersons using a confidential e-mail, <a href=\"mailto:ombud@trincoll.edu\">ombud@trincoll.edu<\/a>\u00a0or a confidential telephone number: 860-297-4044.
