If you&#8217;re a user who anticipates accessing college systems from a foreign country during your travel period, and your login behavior may appear suspicious under standard security rules, submitting this form may prevent unnecessary account access disruptions.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1050\"><strong data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1050\">When Should You Submit This Form?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1052\" data-end=\"1154\">You should consider submitting this travel notification if either of the following situations applies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1158\" data-end=\"1276\">You plan to use Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) to access a workstation located on campus from your destination country.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1466\">You expect to log in to college systems from multiple devices or networks, such as using your U.S. mobile phone and a computer connected to a local (foreign) network, in rapid succession.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1500\"><strong data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1500\">What This Form Does<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1502\" data-end=\"1800\">Submitting this form enables the college\u2019s security system to consider your travel plans when evaluating authentication data.
