Trinity’s digital collections encompass digitized materials from Trinity’s collections and born-digital content from the campus community. We have a rich collection of tens of thousands of images, texts, and videos that tell the story of Trinity College and its tradition of excellence in scholarship. Trinity College Digital Repository

Trinity’s Institutional Repository serves as a showcase for Trinity scholarship and publication. Fully text-searchable, the repository includes student newspapers, magazines, and theses, faculty research and publications, and printed materials from the College Archives including Trustees Minutes, Bulletins and Catalogs, and Commencement Programs. There are also small selections of rare books and special collections materials.

Trinity College Digital Archives

Trinity’s image collections, formerly hosted on ArtStor, are now available to view and download through JSTOR. Browse a variety of archival photographs and objects, images from the Watkinson Library Special Collections, and print materials including College publications and minutes, student newspapers and theses, Special Collections manuscripts and rare books, and more. Trinity is also host to the Lloyd Best Archives, a collection of political and socioeconomic materials from Trinidad.

Web Archives

Trinity began web archiving content with Archive-It in 2022. Web Archiving activities are a collaboration between the Digital Asset Management Department and College Archivist.

Connecticut Digital Archive (CTDA)

Trinity College is proud to host materials through the Connecticut Digital Archive, hosted by the University of Connecticut. CTDA is a free-to-use preservation and access platform that allows institutions across Connecticut to share their materials with the wider community.
