We have a Staff Guide to Working Remotely.
Research Consultations
Trinity librarians are available for research consultations. Please make an appointment as you normally would at librarian.trincoll.edu. Meetings can be held via Zoom or phone call. When an appointment is made, the confirmation email will include a Zoom meeting link with a call-in option.
Collections & Borrowing
Borrow library materials using the self-checkout station near the entrance of the library. To use Trinity materials you can also
- Request materials through the catalog record in OneSearch and they will be held for you on a cart near the Library & Information Technology Desk.
- Request book chapter digitization.
To use materials at other libraries:
- Log in to ILL and submit a request. ILL may be slower than usual due to restrictions at other institutions.
- Request material from Connecticut College and Wesleyan University using OneSearch. Faster than ILL, but may be impacted by closures at Connecticut and Wesleyan.
Please see this article for a summary of online resources available to Trinity for remote learning and research.
If you have a special request or question not covered here please send email to Kathleen.bauer@trincoll.edu or library.feedback@trincoll.edu.
Remote Teaching and Learning
The Research, Instruction, Technology department is available to assist faculty who are teaching remotely.
There is also a student guide to remote learning, which pulls together resources specific to student needs.
