Leadership Profile

The assistant vice president is responsible for providing strategic leadership in all aspects of the human resources function across the institution, and will oversee an effective and responsive human resources operation that develops strategic programs and innovative practices in support of the college’s mission. This role reports jointly to both the vice president for diversity, equity, and inclusion and the vice president of finance and chief financial officer.

This role is critical in helping Trinity achieve achieve one of its strategic plan goals of becoming a first-choice destination for students, faculty, and staff.
