Please be mindful of your class schedule and other obligations when scheduling appointments. We will work with you to avoid conflicts whenever possible and as medically appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fees &amp; Insurance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All charges are posted to your student account as a \u201cHealth Center Fee.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>$20 for new complaints or routine well (i.e. physical) exams.<\/li>\n<li>No fee for follow-ups, pregnancy tests, asymptomatic STD screening, or nursing triage.<\/li>\n<li>Charged at cost, we carry many commonly prescribed and over-the-counter medications for your convenience.<\/li>\n<li>Bring your insurance card information with you to every visit. Insurance is required for off-site specialists, laboratory, and pharmacy services. Please review and understand your insurance coverage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Prescriptions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We carry many commonly prescribed medications for your convenience.<\/li>\n<li>Medications may also be e-prescribed to your preferred pharmacy and charged through your insurance.<\/li>\n<li>Many students choose the Maple Pharmacy delivery option and have their medications sent to the Health Center for pick-up. You may use this delivery option with prescriptions sent from home prescribers, as well. We encourage you to set up an account in advance of any medical need by calling 860-560-2000.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Missing Class:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Health Center does not provide attendance notes to excuse students for late attendance or missed class(es).
