The system assists in avoiding conflicts whenever possible and coordinates the efficient use of college support services and required city and state permits\/licenses.<\/p>\n<p>Members of the Trinity community should consult with Events and Campus Operations when:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning a large internal event, conference, reception, etc. to consider possible dates, times, and college space (all indoor and outdoor locations)<\/li>\n<li>Hosting a potentially contentious speaker, subject, event, and\/or program<\/li>\n<li>Hosting a dignitary or honored guest<\/li>\n<li>Additional security may be necessary<\/li>\n<li>Trinity department or student-recognized organization co-sponsors an event with an external organization<\/li>\n<li>Trinity department is contacted by an external or individual organization for campus space<\/li>\n<li>Accessibility or sustainability issues arise<\/li>\n<li>Fee will be charged and\/or collected at an event or program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Members of the Trinity community should consult with their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/event-ops\/contact-us\/\">department liaison<\/a> before planning their event or program.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The College maintains a centralized scheduling and space system (EMS) for all campus facilities.
