She currently teaches 2nd grade at Achievement First North Brooklyn Prep Elementary School in Brooklyn, New York and received her master\u2019s degree in childhood education from the Relay Graduate School of Education. She was a 2016 Teach for America corps member and currently works as a 6th grade English\/Language Arts teacher at Blackstone Valley Prep Middle School 1 in Central Falls, Rhode Island. She is also pursuing her Master\u2019s in Urban Education Policy from Brown University. Learn more about <a href=\"http:\/\/teachforamerica.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Teach for America<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-398\" src=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/educ\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2022\/06\/armendariz-veronica-2019-150x150-1.jpg\" alt=\"Veronica Armendariz\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Veronica Armendariz \u201916 completed her bachelor\u2019s degree in Educational Studies. She currently teaches algebra at Chicago Bulls College Prep in Chicago, IL, and is the process of receiving her teaching licensure from the State of Illinois. Learn more about the <a href=\"https:\/\/nobleschools.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Noble<\/a> charter school network and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.isbe.net\/licensure\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">teaching in Illinois<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-399\" src=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/educ\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2022\/06\/nukic-begaeta-2019-150x150-1.png\" alt=\"begaeta nukic\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Begaeta Nukic Ahmi\u0107 \u201911 earned her bachelor\u2019s degree in Educational Studies and Mathematics. After Trinity she completed the <a href=\"https:\/\/teachered.education.uconn.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Teacher Certification Program for College Graduates (TCPCG)<\/a> at the University of Connecticut, a full-time, one-year intensive master\u2019s program that prepares college graduates to teach in a certification area. She currently teaches algebra at Roosevelt Senior High School in Washington DC.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/educ\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2022\/06\/lopez-stacey-2019-150x150-1.png\" alt=\"Stacy Lopez\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/>Stacey Lopez \u201910 earned her bachelor\u2019s degree in Educational Studies, with a minor in Community Action, from Trinity College, and her Master of Social Work degree from the University of St. Joseph. Currently she works as an in-home clinician for youth and families at Wheeler Clinic in Hartford CT. Previously, she was a W.E.B. Du Bois Diversity Fellow at the Center for Counseling and Psychological Health at UMass-Amherst, Project Director for summer youth programs at the Christian Activities Council, Director of Youth Development at Billings Forge Community Works, and Program Coordinator for the Office of Community Service and Civic Engagement at Trinity College.<\/p>\n<p>Kate McEachern Bermingham \u201907 graduated with a bachelor\u2019s degree in Educational Studies and Psychology. She earned her teaching certification through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/educ\/pathways-to-teaching\/usj\/\">Trinity\u2019s consortial program at University of St. Joseph in West Hartford<\/a>, and completed her master\u2019s degree.
