Please review the information below to determine the best form for your needs.<\/p>\n<h2>Sexual Misconduct<\/h2>\n<p>For reports involving sexual assault, rape, stalking, relationship violence or sexual harassment, please use the <a href=\"https:\/\/cm.maxient.com\/reportingform.php?TrinityCollege&amp;layout_id=50\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sexual Misconduct Reporting Form<\/a>. These reports are sent to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.trincoll.edu\/title-ix\/coordinator\/\">Trinity\u2019s Title IX Coordinator<\/a> and the Director of Campus Safety.<\/p>\n<h2>All Other Reports<\/h2>\n<p>Crimes or college policy violations that do not involve Title IX can be reported using our standard <a href=\"https:\/\/re2.trincoll.edu\/CESIReportExec\/olr\/OLRMain.aspx?IsAuth=1&amp;groupid=102\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Online Reporting Form<\/a>. These reports are sent to Campus Safety.
