Student Registration<\/h2>\n

All students must register their contact information for TrinALERT\u200b. New registrations and updates to contact information are transferred to TrinALERT on a daily basis.<\/p>\n

Register for TrinALERT<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Log-in to TCOnline at http:\/\/tconline.trincoll.edu<\/a> using your Trinity username and password.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Self Service link on the left side of the page.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the Campus Personal Information link.
    \n**All phone numbers must be exactly 10 digits without spaces or special characters.**<\/li>\n
  4. Click the Phone Numbers link.<\/li>\n
  5. Click the Add a Phone Number button.<\/li>\n
  6. Choose \u201c*Urgent Phone-TEXT\u201d from the Phone Type drop-down.<\/li>\n
  7. Enter your cell phone number (text and voice messages will be sent)<\/li>\n
  8. Repeat steps #5-7 for each of the following:
    \n– \u201c*Urgent Phone-VOICE\u201d – an optional landline phone that you would like to receive voice messages on
    \n– \u201cUrgent PARENT Phone-TEXT\u201d – the cell phone you would like a parent\/guardian to receive text and voice messages on
    \n– \u201cUrgent PARENT Phone-VOICE\u201d – the landline phone you would like a parent\/guardian to receive voice messages on<\/li>\n
  9. Click the Save button.<\/li>\n
  10. Click the Email Addresses link at the top.<\/li>\n
  11. Click the Add an Email Address button.<\/li>\n
  12. Choose \u201c*Urgent Email Addr1\u201d from the Email Type drop-down.<\/li>\n
  13. Enter an alternate email address (your Trinity email address is already included in the alert system).<\/li>\n
  14. Repeat steps #11-13 for the parent\/guardian email address you would like to be included as \u201cUrgent Parent Email\u201d<\/li>\n
  15. Click the Save button.<\/li>\n
  16. Click the Sign Out link at the top right of the page.<\/li>\n
  17. Close all browser windows to protect your account.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Now is also a good time to update your list of emergency contacts<\/a>.<\/p>\n
