Your student has embarked upon a special time of academic rigor and exploration at the nation\u2019s preeminent liberal arts college in an urban setting. We invite your family to take part in this journey as a member of the Parents Leadership Council.<\/p>\n

The Parents Leadership Council is made up of our most committed Trinity families.\u00a0 Members seek to inspire support from other Trinity families by making example-setting gifts, engaging in personal outreach, hosting and attending regional events, and welcoming new families into the community.<\/p>\n

Membership on the Parents Leadership Council provides an opportunity to participate in the growth and development of Trinity while fostering stronger ties to your student\u2019s experience.\u00a0 In consultation with the college\u2019s Advancement Office, Parents Leadership Council members will craft their own relationship with Trinity while gaining a special perspective about our campus, our faculty and staff, and other parents.<\/p>\n

PLC Mission Statement:\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Parents Leadership Council members lead the Parents\u2019 Campaign of the Trinity College Fund, significantly enhancing the student experience through their philanthropic commitment. The PLC is an advisory group of approximately 75<\/span><\/i> families, representing the parents of <\/span><\/i>2,200+<\/span><\/i><\/b> undergraduates. The Council meets twice during the school year, once each semester. PLC members also serve as ambassadors in their geographic area to prospective Trinity students. Members are selected based on their interest in and ability to help Trinity College fulfill its mission, PLC members engage in many ways, from offering guidance to connecting with fellow parents.<\/span><\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
