Trin students are often taking the skills they’ve learned in the classroom out into our Hartford community. 🤝 Prof. Laws and her students are currently working to help Hartford residents prepare their federal and state income taxes as part of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) pilot program. And this hands-on experience happens right on our campus at Trinfo.Café! [📸: Nick Caito]

You want to study abroad, but maybe you’re not sure how long you’d like to travel? Over 60 percent of students travel abroad while at Trin, and @trincollstudyaway has all of the info about our programs abroad, like our recent @trincolltrinidad trip over January break (J-Term), where Bant Duuluu Naranbat ’19 ventured as part of his “Ridge-to-Reef: Conservation Policy & Practice in Northeast Tobago” course with Prof. Chambers. 🌊 Diving, anyone? Wondering what Bants get up to when not in class? Check out the “Bantam Spotlight” interview with student Imane Bounana ’20 who is the first female boxer to represent #TrinColl as part of @trinity.recreation and @trinitycollegeboxingclub 💪🏾🐔 [📸: Imane Bounana ’20]
