This area of responsibility under the Office of Student Activities, Involvement & Leadership (S.A.I.L.) covers event planning, large-scale events that the office plans and/or helps put together, and can provide both current and prospective students with information about what is happening on Trinity College's campus and in the surrounding area of Hartford, CT. 

Facility Use/Scheduling:

When reserving a facility for any reason, the sponsor, whether student organization, College department, or College administrative office, must make all arrangements for the event and ensure compliance with the College’s policies and regulations. The sponsoring organization may be held accountable for breaches of policy and damage.

All event requests hosted by SGA-recognized organizations must be submitted through your organization's BantamLink page (this includes off-campus trips, conference attendance, meetings etc.). If you have any questions regarding planning your event or submitting your event request through BantamLink, feel free to contact  the S.A.I.L.
