Starting Out for the Class of 2023

Congratulations on your enrollment into Trinity's first Global Start program! You have an exciting and challenging semester ahead of you as you take on writing, research, and experiential learning in the city and countryside of Costa Rica. We are very excited to welcome you to campus on August 18th for your pre-departure orientation before you and your peers fly to San José on August 21st. Before you arrive in Hartford, it is important that you familiarize yourself with Trinity’s Starting Out process by exploring this site and completing all necessary tasks.

Starting Out is a communication system, using a variety of media, created to tell incoming first-year students and families what they need to know to “start out” at Trinity College. At the heart of this communication system is this website which you should consider your centralized location for materials that you need to read, reflect, and act upon before you arrive on campus.

The information provided will prepare you to study abroad during your first semester at Trinity. This page will enable you to select your classes; pack all of the right supplies; complete your health forms; complete your Residential Survey for your housing assignment; and, in general, sign up for Trinity College services and first-year opportunities.

You must visit this site regularly throughout the coming months for additional updates.

Trinity Email and Account Login Information - early May

Information Technology Services will send incoming students new credentials for Trinity online services once your accounts have been set up. This confidential information, along with instructions on how to set up your new credentials for various Trinity online services, will be sent in early May via the email address you provided on your admissions application. All Trinity students are provided a Trinity College email account through which the campus community will correspond with you. You should begin using it as soon as you receive your account information. Note: your new username and password will be different from your admissions login.
