Your Emergency Contacts

In the event of a personal emergency, Trinity officials will contact these individuals on your behalf.  It is important that you provide current contact information for several individuals and multiple ways to contact each one.

To review and update your emergency contacts, please follow these directions.

1. Log in to TCOnline at

2. From the Student Center, click "Emergency Contact" in the Personal Information section.

3. Click the "Add An Emergency Contact" button to add a new individual or click the "Edit" button to modify their details.


4. Complete the name, relationship, address, and phone information.


5.  After double-checking the information, press the "Save" button and add another contact.

6.  Designate one emergency contact to be the primary contact by checking the "Primary" box next to their name in the list.

Return to this page periodically to verify that the information is still accurate.
