Resources, broadly defined, are the lifeblood of the College that enable everything else that we do.  The Resources subcommittee is charged with seeking ways to build a more financially sustainable future and evaluating which can be implemented most successfully.  The subcommittee’s work must balance the needs of today against continued preservation of the endowment and intergenerational equity.  It is clear that both diversifying revenues and streamlining expenses through engaging in collaborative partnerships and other creative arrangements are necessary elements of the plan.  The subcommittee is also charged with reviewing and enhancing the governance structures that recommend the allocation of resources for the best and most efficient uses to support the strategic plan.  Critical questions include: How do we best support and build the value of what we offer at Trinity?  How can we ensure the successful implementation of our plan?
