Mac Outlook 2016/2011 Email Setup

NOTE: Email mailboxes will be migrated to Office365 during the summer of 2017. After the migration, you will need to configure your devices with the server settings for Office365, listed below.

1.) Open the Outlook program and from the Tools menu, select Accounts.

2.) The Accounts window will open. Click on the icon next to the Exchange Account option to select it.

3.) The Enter Your Exchange Account Information window  will open:

  • In the Email address field, enter your Trinity email address:
  • In the User name field, enter:
  • Enter your password
  • The "Configure automatically" box should be checked
  • Select Add Account

4.) Your account has been created. Close this window by selecting the red 'x' in the top left corner to view your email messages in your Inbox.
