Modified Library Services Information

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the library has modified hours and services as described below. Please note that these services are subject to change. Check here for updates or contact library.feedback@trincoll.edu with questions.

General service hours

Remote support: get help by phone, email, or help ticket. In-person support is by appointment only.  Please see our Hours page for all RLITC service points

Additional information can be found on our Tips and Resources page: ISTips.trincoll.edu

Research Consultations

Trinity librarians are available for research consultations. Please make  an appointment as you normally would at librarian.trincoll.edu. Meetings can be held via Zoom or phone call. When an appointment is made, the confirmation email will include a Zoom meeting link with a call-in option.

Collections & Borrowing

Borrow library materials using the self-checkout station near the entrance of the library. You can also request materials through the catalog record in OneSearch and they will be held for you on a cart near the Information Services Desk.

Interlibrary loan services at Trinity are available. However, we may have difficulty obtaining materials from other institutions as they may be closed, or have limited staff. Please submit requests and we will do our best to fill them. Login to ILL at: https://trincoll.hosts.atlas-sys.com/illiad/

As of the beginning of September, CTW borrowing is available.

If you have difficulty visiting the library to check out items, book chapter digitization is also available.

Please see this article for a summary of online resources available to Trinity for remote learning and research.

If you have a special request or question not covered here please send email to Kathleen.bauer@trincoll.edu or  library.feedback@trincoll.edu.

Remote Teaching and Learning

The Research, Instruction, Technology department is available to assist faculty who are teaching remotely.

There is also a student guide to remote learning, which pulls together resources specific to student needs.
