Modified Library Services Information

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the library has modified hours and services as described below. Please note that these services are subject to change. Check here for updates or contact with questions. 

General service hours

REMOTE SUPPORT ONLY (help by phone, email, help ticket only​) Monday - Thursday: 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m, Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm. For door access issues, please Contact Campus Safety.

​24-hour zone areas of LITC will be open to those with a Trinity ID. The library stacks and the Watkinson Library & College Archives are closed.  

Research Consultations

Trinity librarians remain available for research consultations. Please make  an appointment as you normally would at Meetings can be held via Zoom or phone call. When an appointment is made, the confirmation email will include a Zoom meeting link with a call-in option. 

Collections & Borrowing

Please see this article​ for a summary of online resources available to Trinity for remote learning and research. 

Interlibrary loan services at Trinity are available. However, we may have difficulty obtaining materials from other institutions as they may be closed, or have limited staff. Please submit requests and we will do our best to fill them. Login to ILL at:​ 

As of July 15, library book pick up is available for Trinity materials only.

CTW borrowing is suspended. 

All late fines waived for the remainder of the year. Due dates extended as follows:

  • Faculty/Staff/Graduate Students - extended to May 21, 2021

  • Undergraduates - extended to Sept 18, 2020

  • Seniors - Flexible, late fees waived. Please return books when you come to campus for move out day. If this is not possible, contact library circulation staff for more information about mailing your books to the library.

Remote Teaching and Learning

The Research, Instruction, Technology department is available to assist faculty who are teaching remotely.
