Job Description
The Office of Admissions is seeking outstanding members of the Class of 2019 to serve as Student Admissions Associates (SAA’s) for the 2018-2019 academic year.  SAA’s play a vital role on the admissions recruitment team, and are entrusted with significant responsibility.  The primary responsibilities of an SAA are as follows:

  • Interview candidates for admission to the College and submit written evaluations of each candidate
  • Conduct group information sessions for prospective students, their families, and other admissions visitors
  • Participate in on-campus recruitment events, such as panels or special programs
  • Assist with special projects as necessary

The SAA position requires a 6-8 hour commitment during the week for both semesters of senior year.  SAAs are also expected to work approximately six Saturdays between September and December.

Successful candidates will demonstrate a vibrant intellect, outstanding communication skills, the ability to relate to students from a diversity of backgrounds, and a sophisticated understanding of the College’s institutional priorities and vision for the future.  SAAs must be strong students who display genuine enthusiasm for the College.
