To apply for any of the Academy of Life-Long Learning courses by mail, please complete the steps below:

Print and fill out the form.
Mail the completed form, along with a check for the course fee(s) made payable to "Trustees of Trinity College", to the following address:

Upon receipt of your application form and payment, a confirmation letter will be sent. It will include any specific course information you will need.
