Question 2 (4 points): You will need to use the terrain view of GoogleMaps to answer the next few questions. 

Go to GoogleMaps and type in the place name search " Nepaug Reservoir, CT".

The brown lines on the map are contour lines.  These represent elevations.  The thick brown lines are called index contours and are labeled every 200 feet  above mean sea level.  However, there are lines between each index contour. How many feet does each line represent?

Question 3 (2 points):

You should zoom in directly over the Nepaug Dam at the northern end of the map (Torrington Rd. goes over the dam). Using the contour lines on the map determine the elevation of the dam.

Question 4 (2 points):

What is the highest elevation (in feet) represented within the Nepaug State Forest?
