Day 7: Olympic Peninsula - North Cascades

laundromat laundromat We spend most of the morning doing laundry and taking showers at a nearby park.  The ferry across the Puget Sound is busy and we wait for more than an hour until we can go on board and cross over to Whidbey Island, where we spend most of our time in traffic. 
It is already late at night when, after a long day of driving, we finally arrive in our campsite in the North Cascades.
