Not since "Airplane" have movie buffs been able to enjoy parodies with the same caliber of "Austin Powers." It is a hilarious spoof combining elements of sixties pop culture, like references to "Antonioni," "Dr. Strange-love," and "James Bond." There are plenty of eighties illusions, ala Vanilla Ice. Mike Meyers does a terrific job of dual role playing - he poses as our hero , Austin and his nemesis, Dr. Evil. Meyers is so successful, in fact, one never knows which character to root for...

To save or destroy the world - it's all groovy, baby! Elizabeth Hurley gives the world of super-models a good name (Goodbye Cindy Crawford) with her titillating performance as Austin's most 'shaggable' partner, and love interest. One really hasn't lived until they have been to the Electric Psychedelic Pussycat Swingers Club, anyway, and you can only go by renting the movie. So, Behave.... Check it out. This is actually one sequel that might even be worth your time and seven dollars.
