h Boy", "Hi Love", "Nice Girl", "For Keeps", and "Be True",a random sampling of the messages found on conversation hearts,hardly seem appropriate to convey romantic sentiments today. And where else do lovers turn for romantic inspiration, but to sugary confections. Therefore, we believe it is vital that the conversation hearts are updated to serve the needs of today's lovers. While the hearts have been modernized for the nineties with additions such as "Email Me" and "Fax Me", here at the Trincoll Journal, we are still not satisfied. Although "Broadcast Me" might be a popular pick-up line here at Trinity, we feel that there are still better phrases that could be put on the hearts. In honor of Valentine's Day, we canvassed the campus for some new sayings to be inscribed on these edible inspirations. Here are the new conversation heart phrases thought up by Trinity students:
