My favorite mountain: Located in Helena, Montana, a place I call home.
When I'm hiking up it, I call it by it's name, Mount Helena. On runs up it, particularly on the back side about three quarters up, it holds many different names....
But I love to run because of the way it makes me feel. Above is a quote I read on the back of another runner's shirt that just about sums up the sport.

When I'm not running, I do the next best thing, "dispose" of my competition! But no, this is actually one of my best friends, Maureen McNellis. We were just posing for my sister's photography assignment.

I also love to "doodle in three dimensions," you know, sculpture, ceramics, decorating birthday cakes, making snowmen... Writing, especially for the Journal, is also on the top of my list. And of course I must mention diligently studying my Neuroscience book, a book that weighs the equivalent of a small elephant.
I also couldn't forget to mention
my friends,
and family...
Who, no matter what kind of weird skin diseases they might have....

...are very important to me.
Before I close, I can't resist putting in my favorite quote off my aunt Ginger's refrigerator.

Poems are also wonderful. Here are two of my favorites, both, perhaps wisely anonymous:
