The Trinity experience is powered by students.
Trinity is a place where people get together to create, learn, discover, compete, and socialize. Whether it is a student working one on one with a faculty member in a lab or office, a group lingering over dinner in the Mather dining hall discussing whether there should be limits to free speech, or two classmates hatching an idea for a new smart phone app, Trinity is first and foremost a community of people who are interested in ideas and one another.
If you are a person who engages with people and ideas, who is curious about the human and natural world, and who wants to be a contributing member of a vibrant community, then Trinity might well be the place for you to test your mettle and make your mark. With over
100 clubs and organizations
, a dedicated and diverse student body, and a
city around us
, there are few limits to what you can do if you have the desire to learn, curiosity, and are willing to do what it takes to
make this campus "yours"
.
Live + Learn
Residential life
is the heart of the Trinity experience. Almost all Trinity undergraduates live on campus all four years. In first-year residence halls, your roommates are your classmates, sharing closet space and a
first-year seminar
. As a sophomore, junior, and senior, you can choose from cozy singles, roomy suites, or a spot in a theme hall, like the service-minded Praxis or the eclectic “The Fred.”
Events + Activities
Between on-campus lectures, concerts, movies, parties, club meetings, yoga class and
a capella
practice — plus Hartford sporting events, free music festivals and shopping trips — you’ll be busy, but it’s the best kind of busy. Learn more about
what’s happening at Trinity
.
Support + Resources
Even though campus life is student-driven, it’s supported by a strong network of
student resources
, including academic tutoring, personal counseling, and
career services
. We are proud of our
diverse, inclusive
campus and our relationship with the greater Hartford community.
