Special curricular opportunities        Academic Resources and Centers

The Theater and Dance Department offers students, both major and nonmajor, the opportunity to undertake intensive study in theater, dance, and performance art in New York City. The program, which takes place in the fall semester, includes high-level professional training, internships with major theater and dance companies, as well as exploratory seminars. Through these activities, students will be exposed to some of the most innovative and accomplished performing artists in New York (see course descriptions for Theater/Dance 401, 403, and 405 for additional details).
