TRINITY WOMEN'S TENNIS EDGES MIT
FOR FIFTH STRAIGHT WIN

Cambridge, Mass.- Freshman Diana Dreyfus (Scarsdale, N.Y.) and sophomore Mimi Krueger (Burlington, Vt.) each won pivotal three-set singles matches, and combined for an 8-6 triumph at No. 2 doubles, leading the visiting Trinity College Bantams to a 5-4 win over the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Engineers in women's tennis action this afternoon. Trinity, ranked No. 4 in the East region and No. 13 in the nation, improves to 9-3 with its fifth straight win, while the Engineers, ranked No. 11 in the Northeast, drop to 10-4 with their first loss in the last six matches.

Dreyfus and Krueger both came back to win from 2-6 losses in the first sets of their respective matches at No. 3 and No. 6 singles. Junior co-captain Courtney Sargeant (Attleboro, Mass.) and junior Karen Huebner (Burlington, Mass.) won at No. 4 and No. 5 singles for the Bantams, who have not lost a match this spring. Sargeant came back from a 4-6 loss in the first set, while Huebner won in straight sets.
