TRINITY WOMEN’S TENNIS BEATS HARTFORD
Hartford, Conn.- Junior Karen Huebner (Burlington, Mass.) did not give up a game in a straight-set win at the No. 4 singles position to lead the Trinity College Bantams to an 8-1 win over the visiting Division I University of Hartford Hawks in women's tennis action this afternoon. Trinity wins its third match in a row to improve its season record to 3-2, while the Hawks remain winless at 0-3.Huebner also won at No. 3 doubles with sophomore Diana Goldman (Milton, Mass.), 8-0, while senior co-captain Rebekah Mate (Bellevue, Wash.), junior co-captain Courtney Sargeant (Attleboro, Mass.), sophomore Sarah Krueger (Burlington, Vt.), and freshman Brittany Olwine (Atlanta, Ga.) all won their singles matches in straight sets.
