TRINITY WOMEN’S TENNIS BEATS BRANDEIS

Waltham, Mass.- Sophomore No. 1 Diana Goldman (Milton, Mass.) won in straight sets, 6-3, 6-2, and teamed with junior Karen Huebner (Burlington, Mass.) to win, 8-0, at No. 3 doubles, as the Trinity College Bantams defeated the Brandeis University Judges in women’s tennis action this afternoon. Trinity, which had lost its first two matches of the season, moves to 1-2 for the season.

Sophomore No. 5 Sarah Krueger (Burlington, Vt.) and freshman No. 6 Brittany Olwine (Atlanta, Ga.) each won singles matches in three sets, and the duo posted an 8-4 triumph at No. 2 doubles.
