TRINITY WOMEN'S SQUASH SWEEPS
DARTMOUTH AND BOWDOIN

Hanover, N.H. - Junior Samantha Lewins (Bromley, Zimbabwe) and freshman Carolynne Minkowski (Baltimore, Md.) each won a pair of 3-0 matches to lead the Trinity College Bantams to a sweep of the Dartmouth College Big Green and the Bowdoin College Polar Bears in a women's squash tri-match this afternoon. Trinity, which is tied at No. 3 in the nation with Princeton and Brown, is now 5-0 , while the No. 7 Big Green fall to 5-3 and the Polar Bears move to 7-3. Bowdoin edged Dartmouth, 5-4, in their match.

Lewins won at No. 3 against Dartmouth and No. 4 against Bowdoin, and Minkowski won both her matches playing No. 7. Freshmen No. 1 Amina Helal (Manchester, England) and No. 3 Pamela Saunders (Harrare, Zimbabwe), and junior No. 5 Mollie Anderson (Buffalo, N.Y.) also posted two wins on the day for the Bantams. Saunders had the most dominating performance, allowing just a single point in the three games in her Bowdoin match.
